3. Event Participation
By registering for an Above the Canal event (including Above the Canal Experiences), you agree to the following:
- Event registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase
- We reserve the right to modify event details (including venues, times, and table assignments) as needed
- You agree to conduct yourself respectfully toward other attendees, venue staff, and event organizers
- We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or harmful
- Event photography and video may be taken at events for promotional use. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please notify us at the event.
4. SMS and Mobile Messaging
Program Description
Above the Canal offers SMS notifications related to your participation in our events and services. By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box, you consent to receive text messages from Above the Canal, LLC.
